Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Orders shipped to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
